Recognising people as the engine of progress, the Kano State Government has invested heavily in developing human capital through education, skills training, and empowerment programmes. Thousands of youths have been trained in various trades and vocational skills to boost employability and entrepreneurship. The administration of His Excellency, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf has revitalised technical colleges and initiated partnerships with training institutions to build a competent workforce. Women and vulnerable groups are also being supported through micro-credit schemes and entrepreneurship initiatives. These programmes reflect the Government’s vision of inclusive growth, ensuring that every citizen has the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from the State’s prosperity.
