Infrastructure development remains one of the most visible hallmarks of the current administration. Under the leadership of His Excellency, Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf, the Government has undertaken massive road rehabilitation and construction projects connecting urban centres and rural communities. Priority has been given to the completion of abandoned projects and the initiation of new ones that directly impact commerce and mobility. Modern drainage systems are being built to tackle perennial flooding, while public buildings, hospitals, and schools are receiving long-overdue structural upgrades. These infrastructure improvements not only facilitate economic growth but also demonstrate a responsible and people-focused approach to governance, ensuring that public resources translate into tangible benefits for citizens.
